LOL I knew this a while ago, they didn't have the permission to use Kame and KAT-TUN's actual names...so the creators of the anime created a character that's roughly based on Kame and gave the character and his fictional band similar names to Kame and KAT-TUN =)
I guess that's the best the anime's creators could come up with...they didn't use the actual names of Kame & KT, but the names are similar enough for you to know who the characters are based on =)
