i try to buy the album but i really don't understand the way it goes..

hmmm cash payment ah...
well I ordered with cdJapan... and they have an option for Cash (Japanese Yen or US Dollars) payment.. here's the link:

There's also an International Postal Money Order... so read through and see which option suits you best.

hopefully that will help... you can check out if the other stores from the buy link (above in the original post) have that option as well..

Good Luck.. it would be great if you find a way to pay for them with cash.. if not, borrow someone's credit and pay them back in cash.. it's not expensive anyway, and that way, you're sure they'll receive the money.. xD
