GOIN' DANGEROUS

I took this photo yesterday when I was on a site visit... NOW, any normal 'English Speaking' person would NATURALLY think, "oh turtles" but me...
No, the first thing that came to mind was "KAME", with a wide stupid grin on my face, off to wonderland  (^_^)

hehhehhe.... yeah the Kamenashi effect!

Speaking of which, today I was having a meeting with my boss, and there was like a 30second pause as we browsed over some documents... and out of nowhere, I was audibly singing:
GOIN' DANGEROUS GOIN' DANGEROUS kodou kanjireba --- (Silence)

Oops... took a quick glance at him.... "I wonder if he heard me?"

I suffer from the Kamenashi effect as well. I was think Kame when I see turtle(s) instead of oh turtles...how cute...*gets sudden realization that I am not now nor will I ever be normal when it comes to KT, namely Koki and Kame*

GOIN' DANGEROUS

hehehhe... I guess the moment we allowed these guys into our hearts and lives, we had given up any form of normalcy ne... hehhe
It's scary but cute just subconsciously thinking about Kame when seeing a turtle and then smiling at it as... as in wow... so cute!!!

i wanted to name them kame n jinjin but my mom scolded me n say "dont bring ur JE in our pets" lol~~
later on she asked me "why kame n jinjin, not uepi n ryo-chan?" lmao~~ bcoz i talked too much about uepi n ryo-chan, they seriously know too much for a non-fan... hahaha...

parents! lol.. but that's so cute of them knowing about your JE ichibans...
wow, you must have constantly been flailing about them in the house ne lol...

what did you eventually name them?

Re: GOIN' DANGEROUS

[identity profile] kitsune-hikaru.livejournal.com 2011-05-21 10:40 pm (UTC)(link)
nah, just some random pet names bcoz they dont want to have 'JE occupants' in the house... lol~~ yeah, somehow, i accidentally flailed too much for uepi n ryo.. i dont know if that's really an accident~ i felt guilty for them... haha... but i already told them what kame means, n they still dont want any JE names... lmao~~

the turtles r already 2 years old anyway, so that happen like long ago, when we first bought them... they r soo big now, the size of a middle-huge sized plate... ♥♥♥
:D

two years old?
ok, those two in the pic are 2 yrs old as well... according to the owner.
and the owner was complaining that when he first bought them, he didn't know they would grow but now they have gotten this big, he's now worried how much bigger they'll get in the future lol crack!

haha... i thought so, from the first time i saw the pic, i knew they're at least 2 years old.. since the color is different from a baby 'kame'... hehe... apparently, it is said that turtle's lifespan r 7 years old in average... so let's see how big they can grow... :D

the owner must get ready to buy new aquarium... lol~~ XD
